Evan Long-Quian

Evan Long-Quian is a law student in the class of 2025 at The University of Texas School of Law. He graduated from the University of Houston in 2017 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. After graduation, Evan commissioned into the U.S. Army as a military intelligence officer. Evan’s time leading an intelligence platoon overseas laid the groundwork for an interest in national security law, foreign policy, and the implications for the private sector during a time of peer-to-peer conflict. Evan continues to serve in the Army reserves. Outside of school, Evan enjoys hiking with his dog and reading classic literature.

Evan leads legal research for the Cyber Pacific Project, focusing on how U.S. national security law interacts with Chinese and international law to affect cyber operations.
